Why is it that CCTV Licence operators in different boroughs do not follow the same CCTV training etiquette? Data protection principles are the same.

Dear Forest Fields.org

I read your article with interest and much agreement on the negative and useless/intrusive aspects of CCTV. Have you received a satisfactory response to your letter.

I have another negative thing to add though and that it that if a blanket CCTV system is installed in an area I beleive it has an even worse psychological impact on peoples feeling of the area, spiralling in to the feeling that if CCTV is necessary then the area must be riddled with crime.

I hope you receive the responses you are after. You may already be aware but you can also submit online a question to the Full Council session. (next one is 13th July).

All the best
Michael
